Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and vary from state to state.  We have stated that custom production can take up to 10 days but please also allow for 1-2 weeks for shipping time.

We have also included free shipping for orders over $750. Print only orders are sent by Australia Post and all framed and mounted prints are sent via art courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Integrated shipping methods are just for Australian orders at this stage. However, if you do live overseas and would like a print, please contact us at sales@swilly.com.au and we can work this out on a case by case basis.

Returns

At swilly.com.au, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. All photographs and frames are made-to-order with the highest standard of printing and framing possible. As every order is a one-off production for each customer, we cannot accept refunds or returns.

We do however replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at sales@swilly.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you after receiving clear evidence of damage.
